Use Your Tennessee ESA for AI Tutoring

The ESA Pilot (Memphis/Nashville/Chattanooga, full-year awards around $10,000) and the IEA ($7,000 to $12,800, qualifying disabilities) both list tutoring as an eligible expense. The Education Freedom Scholarship ($7,530, universal) is primarily for private school tuition.

The Education Freedom Scholarship window lasts roughly two weeks each January. The ESA Pilot window of September 1 to October 15 is for second-semester entry. The IEA window is expected in February 2027. All programs are administered through Student First Technologies.
