Use Your Montana ESA for AI Tutoring

A court ruled the program's funding mechanism unconstitutional in late 2025. The state is appealing, and availability for 2026-27 is uncertain. Check the Office of Public Instruction page before planning around these funds.

Montana reimburses documented expenses through the Office of Public Instruction rather than using a wallet platform. You pay for Aristotle directly and submit for reimbursement. We prepare all the required paperwork.

Students with IDEA-qualifying disabilities are eligible. Awards average approximately $6,600. Application windows run May 1 to June 1 and November 1 to December 1.

Where Aristotle supports Direct Pay, no: your ESA pays Aristotle directly through the program portal. Other programs use reimbursement, meaning you pay first and submit documentation for approval. We will confirm which method applies before you enroll.

Everything your program requires: itemized invoices with the student's name, service dates, and subjects covered. We also provide progress reports and vendor approval documentation on request.
