The Role

We're looking for a versatile generalist to own go-to-market strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. You'll be the Swiss Army knife that helps us scale from early pilots to thousands of students—wearing many hats and thriving in the chaos of an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market strategy — Own customer acquisition, partnerships with schools and districts, and growth initiatives
• Optimize operations — Build systems and processes that scale: onboarding, customer success, billing, metrics, etc.
• Own the metrics — Track KPIs, analyze user behavior, identify levers for growth and retention
• Support product research — Talk to students, parents, and educators to inform product direction
• Wear many hats — Jump into whatever needs doing, from customer support to partnership negotiations to event planning

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, growth, GTM, or related roles (startups preferred)
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and tracking metrics
• Excellent communication skills — you can talk to anyone from parents to investors
• Self-starter mentality — you figure things out and make things happen without much direction
• Passion for education and a belief that AI can make learning better
