• Interview students, synthesize insights, and brief the product team before sprint planning.
• Own logistics for a teacher training, create enablement resources, and sit in on the first sessions.
• Help the founders prep for investor meetings: metrics, stories, competitive intel.
• Stand up a lightweight growth experiment, measure signal, and recommend next steps.

• Resourceful, proactive, and able to switch contexts without drama.
• Great written communicator — docs, emails, and decks that make decisions easier.
• Comfort with ambiguity plus the rigor to define success metrics anyway.
• A belief that nothing is "not my job" when the mission matters.
